Want to know who uses each one?

In the 14-day trial, Fewer connects to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and to Xero, QuickBooks or Ramp, finds every tool you pay for, and shows who actually uses each one. Then it ends what you approve, with a snapshot first so anything can come back.

We'll email you the day the trial opens.

What each plan includes

Microsoft sells every Microsoft 365 plan with or without Teams. Without Teams, the plan has no video meetings, team chat or Microsoft Bookings. A dash means the vendor doesn't list that job in the plan.

Questions

Is Teams included in Microsoft 365 Business Standard?

Yes, in the version sold with Teams (US$14 a person a month billed yearly). Microsoft also sells Business Standard without Teams for US$10.79, and that version has no Teams meetings, chat or Bookings.

Is Google Meet included in Google Workspace?

Yes, in every plan. On Business Starter, Meet hosts up to 100 people and can’t record; Business Standard and above record to Google Drive.

Does Google Workspace include e-signature?

Business Standard, Business Plus and Enterprise include eSignature in Google Docs. Business Starter doesn’t.

Does Microsoft 365 include e-signature?

Microsoft doesn’t list e-signature in its Microsoft 365 Business or E3 and E5 plans, so a separate tool such as DocuSign isn’t duplicating anything there.

How do I find duplicate software?

List every software supplier from your accounting system, group the tools by the job they do, and check which jobs your office suite already covers. Then check who actually uses each tool before cancelling anything.

Why are two tools doing the same job shown as “up to”, not counted as paying twice?

Dropping one only saves its full cost if the same people have both. If they’re different people, you’d need extra seats on the tool you keep, which eats into the saving. So the checker shows the most you could save and leaves it out of the paying-twice total.
